Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is excited to be partnering with a well-known national grocery retailer to grow their remote Customer Service team! We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their grocery delivery and in-store needs. This is a full-time, remote role (must be based near Quincy, MA) with a starting pay of $17/hour. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and providing quick solutions, this could be a great opportunity for you! What You'll Do
Answer a high volume of inbound calls related to grocery delivery services Assist with issues such as missing or expired items Provide helpful answers to general store questions (product availability, restock information, etc.) Document calls and enter data accurately What We're Looking For
Prior customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality all count!) Comfortable navigating Google Chrome Strong communication and problem-solving skills This is an open-ended temporary role with opportunity for long-term growth.
