Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. Location: Odessa, FL Pay Range: $16.00 Shift: Rotative Shift between 7:00am - 8:00pm What's the Job?

Assist customers via phone and email Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally Monitor the progress of delivery routes Manage routing and coordinate returned orders What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Typing speed: 40-50 WPM Strong customer service skills with proven problem-solving ability What's in it for me?
