Job Description
We are looking for a
Turnaround Planner.
This position will be
full-time
and
on-site.
Hours: Monday - Friday 5/8s during planning phase, 7/12s during TA execution (30 - 45 days).
What You'll Do Managing detailed maintenance shutdown and daily work planning and materials procurement in the department
Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations
Proven ability to effectively interact with multi-functional areas (Planning, Scheduling, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.)
Assists with the development of the control valve work scope
Create job planning packages for each work order per client guidelines for both internal and external distribution, e.g. bid events, contractor field personnel, etc. Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc.
Create detailed planning activities in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, manpower, durations, and assigned discipline
What You'll Need
Required:
Ability to read and interpret P&ID's, valve specs, and location plans
5+ years as a Control Valve Planner
Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) SAP, Primavera P6, Adobe
5+ years of experience as a Control Valve Planner.
Ability to QA/QC work packages after work completion
Willing to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, following strict fatigue management guidelines. Travel may be required as much as 25-35% depending on projects
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay for this position is $60.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
