Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with expertise in Revit to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the architecture field, excelling in all phases of design and capable of creating comprehensive construction documents. This role offers the opportunity to work on both commercial and residential projects, engage with clients, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of architectural design projects using Revit. Develop and compile complete sets of construction documents. Manage and lead commercial and residential architectural projects. Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and professional growth. Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD. Strong experience in construction document creation and administration. Project management skills with a focus on architecture. Excellent client interaction capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field. Experience in mentoring and leading teams. Work Environment

The position is based onsite in Beverly, MA, requiring attendance five days a week. The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
