As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk. Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel and/or authorities. Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area. Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals entering or exiting the location. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
