Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining filling machines, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting. Available Shifts:
Front Half Days : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday (6:00 AM
6:30 PM) Back Half Days : Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6:00 AM
6:30 PM) Front Half Nights : Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6:00 PM
6:30 AM) Back Half Nights : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday (6:00 PM
6:30 AM) Responsibilities Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machines. Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality. Perform nominal maintenance on equipment. Conduct and document CIP and in-process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed. Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed. Adhere to all Safety and GMP regulations at all times. Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons. Provide coverage in the absence of other Machine Operators. Input redzone codes in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in food manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, and warehouse environments. Proficiency in using forklifts and other general labor equipment. Strong computer skills. Ability to work with moderate supervision and be detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to read charts and monitors. Ability to multitask effectively. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
