This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional admission process for our residents and their families. Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors during the admissions process Coordinate and complete all admissions paperwork accurately and on time Verify insurance coverage and work with referral sources, hospitals, and care providers Maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and staff Work collaboratively with the nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to support smooth transitions of care Qualifications:
Prior healthcare admissions, medical office, or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Compassionate and professional demeanor Computer proficiency and attention to detail What We Offer:
