Handling phone calls is only a portion of the responsibility of a Contact Center Representative. The Contact Center is a dual function team and they’re the primary contact for customers and agents.

ALL ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Contact Center Representative, each day could bring new challenges, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities
:
Handle incoming calls and respond to incoming email requests via email, phone call or written correspondence.
Prepare a written synopsis of each call to be stored in our document storage system.
Complete requested forms and letters that will be sent to policyholders.
On occasion a callback may be necessary to assist a policyholder.
Send policy change forms and letters, i.e. beneficiary changes, names (marriage and/or divorce), and surrender of a policy.
Provide policy value information, process loans, and assist agents with information.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Willingness to learn about the difference between Life, Term and Universal Life policies and Annuities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School plus some college or equivalent.
Customer service experience required.
Experience in a life insurance environment preferred.
