Who Youll Work With: Data Engineering, Analytics, Applications and Vertical Leaders. This role will also have 3 5 Business Analyst and 1 2 Delivery Managers and or Scrum Masters as direct reports. What Youll Do: Were seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of product delivery across Private Alternatives. Youll bring deep industry expertise, champion outcome-focused delivery, and lead a globally distributed team through modern, async-first collaboration models. This role emphasizes replacing heavyweight process with clarity, transparency, and measurable business impact. What Were Looking For: 5+ years in product roles, preferably in financial tech. 7+ years in private investment management (PE, credit, RE, infra). Deep understanding of investment lifecycle from origination to exit. Experience with fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance. Knowledge of alternative investment data sources and infrastructure. Experience with post-Scrum delivery models (Shape Up, flow-based, dual track). Track record of replacing story points with flow metrics. Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran). Track flow efficiency with DORA metrics and value-stream maps. Focus on eliminating handoffs and increasing team throughput. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Tech. Experience with SEC/CFTC regulatory environments. Institutional reporting or fund platform exposure. CSPO, CPM, or PMP certifications.
