Job Description: The Program Manager will assist with the daily operations of BankPAC, ABA’s federal political action committee. This role will be responsible for fundraising and disbursement execution, donor stewardship, database management, compliance tracking, management of web presence, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate BankPAC disbursement process,
including fielding disbursement requests from internal and external stakeholders, navigating disbursements through the stakeholder approval steps, positive pay monitoring, prompt and accurate shipping of all check disbursements, and monitoring outstanding checks. Assist with compliance tracking and reporting
, including support for FEC filings, positive account reconciliation reviews, audit preparation, and maintenance of accurate financial and operational records. Including donor maintenance, prior approval processing, Lockbox monitoring, data management (Aristotle), weekly disbursement coordination, and prompt and accurate mailing of all check disbursements. Support BankPAC donor stewardship and recognition programs
, including managing donor leadership levels, preparing thank-you letters, tracking leadership gifts, and supporting BankPAC fundraising efforts. Maintain and update BankPAC collateral, website content, and reporting tools
, assist with year-end changeovers, marketing collateral production, and the annual BankPAC report process. Support strategic initiatives
, including assisting with the development, tracking, and expansion of payroll deduction programs to external banks, and coordinating with events and marketing teams to drive fundraising visibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, political science, history, or related field preferred or commensurate experience. 2- 3 years’ experience working within a political, legislative, or congressional relations environment i.e., Capitol Hill, campaign, PAC, etc. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Database management or CRM experience preferred. Experience with Aristotle 360 PAC compliance database preferred Scheduling and meeting planning experience preferred. Ability to collaborate with coworkers to work toward the achievement of team goals. Strong judgement, willingness to learn, and strong listening skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required. Trade association experience preferred. Political fundraising experience preferred. Ability to travel (
