Paul Bridges Group has partnered with a global leader in technology consulting and a high-growth organization achieving record-breaking results. They are looking for an IT Business Development Manager to join their DC team. The

Business Development Manager

will drive growth within the IT staffing division. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering closely with recruiters to deliver exceptional talent solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within IT staffing and recruiting. Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Technology, Procurement, HR). Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events. Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure delivery of top IT professionals that meet client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay current on technology staffing trends and competitor activity in the local and national market. Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the staffing/recruiting industry (IT focus strongly preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a staffing agency environment. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset. Seniority level
