Key Responsibilities
Advance product access and reimbursement via education and support services, including patient pull-through and claim support. Educate HCPs, office staff, and partners on product coverage and access. Coordinate with HUB/SP/partners on patient cases regarding access, coverage, and enrollment. Analyze reimbursement issues and serve as the local resource for access and reimbursement. Operate within compliance and privacy rules. Essential Requirements
BA/BS degree. 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry. 3+ years in patient journey navigation, reimbursement, or patient support services. Preferred experience in cardiometabolic/rare diseases or complex scientific product launch. Ability to resolve access issues related to pharmacy and medical benefits. Must reside within the designated territory. The annual salary ranges from $155,000 to $165,000, with possible additional benefits like a company car, bonus, and commissions.
