We help clients and independently owned and operated sales companies grow together through versatile in-person marketing and sales campaigns inside retailers, businesses and through door-to-door canvassing. We have corporate offices in Newport Beach and Toronto.

Position Overview And Impact

The

Senior Commercial and Growth Analyst

plays a pivotal role in helping our clients grow smarter and more profitably. As part of the FP&A and Analytics Team, you’ll lead the charge in turning sales data into strategy: building reports, uncovering trends, and guiding clients through insights that directly impact revenue and performance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, business leaders, and executives to deliver reporting that’s not just accurate, but actionable. You’ll forecast sales, identify risks and growth opportunities, and help shape strategies that drive results. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations will be key to building trust and influencing decisions.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong command of sales metrics, a client-first mindset, and the confidence to lead conversations that move business forward. Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment is highly valued.

Primary Functions

Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, overseeing sales analysis, financial reporting, and performance diagnostics to identify opportunities and deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations that drive sales growth Build and maintain financial models, including pro forma P&Ls, compensation structures, and scenario analyses to forecast performance and support strategic planning Conduct deep-dive sales and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies Lead account management efforts, including strategic planning and performance reviews for key clients and independent business owners Generate, qualify, and support the closing of high-value leads through data-backed insights and strategic recommendations Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Excel to visualize key performance indicators and support decision-making Validate large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting deliverables Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align on goals, resolve issues, and implement improvements Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications And Expertise

4–6 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, FP&A or a related field Experience working with or supporting independent sales networks, franchise models, or distributed business owners Advanced proficiency in Tableau (including calculated fields and LOD expressions) and Excel Strong analytical skills with experience validating, troubleshooting, and interpreting large, complex datasets Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational analysis to support decision-making Confident communicator, with experience presenting to executive and C-suite audiences Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver under tight deadlines Experience in process optimization, and continuous improvement Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position: the estimated annual compensation range for this role is $130k - $160k.The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Exact compensation for this role will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
