Manage projects including close processes, reporting, and reconciliations Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules Design and implement systems for clients Calculate and report indirect taxes Prepare cash flow and financial projections Review payroll, benefits processing, and 1099 preparation Advise clients on financial decisions Serve as interim/fractional Controller or CFO Troubleshoot client issues Manage and mentor staff Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred 8-12 years of accounting/finance experience (depending on level) 5-7 years in a management role Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel; experience with Sage, NetSuite, SAP a plus Industry experience in real estate, manufacturing, distribution, or construction Ability to travel as needed Strong communication and client service skills What We Offer
