What You Will Be Doing
Taking charge of a key aspect of our national launch strategy, whether in regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations. Overseeing cross-functional initiatives with full decision-making authority and responsibility. Creating and refining operational playbooks, ensuring they withstand real-world testing. Collaborating closely with the founding team, functional leaders, and campus staff to establish launch-ready frameworks. Leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate progress.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Providing strategic advice — this is an execution-focused position. Navigating through bureaucratic layers — you’ll have direct access to decision-makers. Focusing on a single market or stream — you’ll manage simultaneous initiatives across various regions. Waiting for directives — you’ll be responsible for creating clarity. Delegating difficult decisions — you’ll be the one making them.
Vice President Of Strategic Operations Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute a core operational component of 2HL’s national school expansion with precision and speed. Your designated area will be your domain to command, ensuring efficient and scalable growth.
Basic Requirements
Our recruitment spans several operational verticals, all demanding rapid decision-making, strategic clarity, and a drive to execute decisively.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess
A minimum of 3 years in a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations within high-pressure, ambiguous settings. Expertise in at least one of the following: regulatory processes, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations. A structured mindset with a strong inclination towards execution — capable of transitioning from planning to action independently. Authorization to work in the U.S. and flexibility to travel approximately one week per month. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows and speed up delivery.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
