We're seeking exceptional operators to take ownership of these mission-critical domains:
Regulatory Leadership: Navigate complex approval processes across diverse jurisdictions Onboarding Architecture: Create seamless systems for student enrollment and support Financial Command: Develop sophisticated models that drive sustainable growth
As a Partner, you'll work directly with our founder, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible outcomes with full autonomy. Our PE-backed network—including Alpha, GT School, and Texas Sports Academy—is expanding rapidly based on proven results.

Partner Key Responsibilities
Take command of a critical national operating pillar at 2HL, designing and implementing infrastructure that enables rapid scaling with the full backing of capital resources and organizational commitment.
