The Position We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end fulfillment and delivery of OPSWAT’s hardware products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our hardware solutions meet the highest standards of quality, branding, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be based in our Tampa warehouse and will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Creative, Sales, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. What You Will Be Doing Lead and optimize the global supply chain strategy for OPSWAT’s hardware portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment. Collaborate with Product Managers to align hardware requirements with product roadmaps and technical specifications. Partner with the Marketing Creative team to ensure packaging and branding reflect OPSWAT’s identity and enhance unboxing experience. Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to ensure seamless delivery and a premium customer experience. Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships. Implement and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal quality standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team. What We Need From You Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in hardware or technology sectors. Proven track record of managing global logistics, procurement, and fulfillment operations. Must possess a strong understanding of global compliance requirements, with a particular focus on export regulations and hardware specific controls when distributing goods across international borders. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), demand planning, and inventory control. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
