This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lafayette, LA for a Director of Software Engineering. The Director of Software Engineering will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, leading engineering teams, and ensuring the successful design and implementation of distributed systems. The role involves coordinating with other departments to align software strategies with business objectives and managing project timelines and resources.
- Software Development and Software Design skills
- Team Leadership and Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Distributed Systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lafayette, LA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in transportation or healthcare industries is a plus
