We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us build exceptional digital products. This is a key role for a systems-thinker and collaborator who is passionate about creating great user experiences. You'll lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a positive and inclusive design culture.
If you have a strong portfolio and a desire to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, transforming complex information and workflows into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals and to ensure successful product launches.
• Present and advocate for design decisions and a clear design vision using a variety of methods, including sketches, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, to gain buy-in from partners and senior leadership.
• Contribute to the team's inclusive culture by actively participating in design critiques, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Apply a holistic, systems-thinking approach to problem-solving, leveraging principles of Design Thinking, and engaging in user research and journey mapping to inform design solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a proven design process and successful projects.
• Extensive experience working with and navigating design systems to ensure consistency across various platforms and touchpoints.
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard software like Figma and Miro is required, along with experience in user testing platforms like usertesting.com and Dovetail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate design rationale, challenges, and solutions.
• A self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for continuous improvement, who can work autonomously while also being a strong team player and culture carrier.
