Job Description:

We are seeking experienced ICU RNs to join the team at MVHS. This is a 42-bed ICU with subunits:

• Neuro/Med (22 beds): Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post-STEMI
• CTICU (6 beds): CV surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA
• Surg/Trauma (14 beds): Trauma, Major post-op surgeries

Floating: Required to all ICU units except Behavioral Health & ER (unless holding).
Scrub Color: Navy

Unit Equipment & Skills:

• CRRT (Prismaflex / NxStage) – REQUIRED
• IABP
• Ventriculostomy, ICP Monitoring
• TTM (Artic Sun)
• EPIC EMR
• Heart experience HIGHLY preferred (priority consideration).

Submission Requirements: 2+ years recent ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU) Charge Nurse experience preferred Up-to-date resume with travel experience documented 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references Active NY RN license (plus all other active RN licenses) – verified via NURSYS Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Skills checklist matching specialty Driver’s license (address must match demographics) All RTO submitted at time of submission
