Location + Work Policy : Hybrid, Los Angeles *the role will begin as remote, but upon establishing a new office will have a hybrid schedule
Salary Range : $90,000-$130,000 (DOE)

Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team to help strategically
manage campaigns. The right candidate will have significant experience managing accounts both pre and post-
sale with high profile clients and sales teams across campaigns that include content, editorial, talent and mass
distribution.


This role requires a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the proven ability to manage multiple
projects and priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.


Growth Path Roles

  • Account Director

In this role responsibilities include the opportunity to: 

  • Oversee and, at times, manage production and fulfillment of Brand Partnership campaigns focused on digital content, social media, influencer marketing, experiential and mass distribution.
  • Grow and extend client engagements across scope and dollar value.
  • Manage Production, Editorial, Creative and Distribution teams to effectively execute against client deliverables.
  • Help manage production-facing materials, talent sourcing and audience fulfillment.
  • Manage campaign performance deliverables and budgets, optimizing regularly across platforms.
  • Lead regular status calls with active clients and internal stakeholder teams.
  • Ensure multi-team production schedules are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee internal tracking and performance reports for campaign pipeline.
  • Support sales team on client calls and internal strategy meetings where necessary.
  • Manage the creation of sales materials and wrap decks for partner initiatives.
  • Develop third party relationships to extend and enhance program offerings.

What you bring (Skills & Experience)

  • 4+ years of digital marketing, advertising campaign production and/or client services management.
  • Previous experience helping orchestrate campaigns that included social media, creators and platform advertising. Prior experience with Gen Z culture is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of the core metrics of the modern digital ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholder teams with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication style with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who’s able to think creatively and problem-solve.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of social and digital analytics tools.
  • Priority Program Proficiencies: Excel, Keynote, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
  • A love of digital and social media with a keen understanding of how it really works.
