Hours per Shift: 8
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a cardiac cath lab
License: Current California X-Ray license
Certifications: BCLS and ACLS certification; ARRT license preferred
Must-Have:
- Two years or more experience in a cardiac cath lab including coronary and peripheral scrub and monitoring experience.
- EP and Neuro experience preferred
Description:
This position involves working as a cardiovascular radiologic technologist in a cardiac catheterization lab.
You will perform intervention and diagnostic procedures including cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Typical cases include coronary and peripheral interventions, as well as neuro and electrophysiology procedures.
You will be responsible for operating equipment from GE and Phillips.
Call requirements include a minimum of one weekend a month plus one day per week.
Current certifications required include BCLS and ACLS, along with a California X-Ray license.
An ARRT license is preferred.
