Salesforce Project Manager
to oversee Salesforce initiatives for a small local retailer in Sacramento. This on-site role requires strong project management expertise, Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing Salesforce implementations for retail environments and can deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. Responsibilities Lead
end-to-end Salesforce project delivery , including planning, execution, and adoption. Develop and maintain
project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation . Act as the
primary liaison
between retail business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Ensure Salesforce solutions align with
retail workflows
such as customer engagement, point-of-sale integration, and inventory management. Provide
regular status updates and executive reporting
for project visibility. Drive
change management, training, and adoption efforts
to maximize Salesforce value. Identify and mitigate
project risks and dependencies
to ensure smooth delivery. Ensure adherence to
Salesforce best practices, compliance, and data integrity standards . Requirements 5+ years of project management experience , with at least
3+ years leading Salesforce projects . Strong understanding of
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and retail-related integrations . Prior experience in
retail or small business environments
highly preferred. Knowledge of
Agile and Waterfall methodologies ; ability to manage hybrid project approaches. Salesforce certifications such as
Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master
a strong plus. Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Must be available to work
on-site in Sacramento
