In this pivotal role, you will own the strategy, profitability, and growth of these lines while ensuring alignment with the overarching packaging strategy. We want a visionary leader with a strong business-builder mindset, focusing on market leadership, product lifecycle management, and driving substantial growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include continuous market analysis, guiding the complete product lifecycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring financial performance accountability. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in product management, operations, or business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the packaging machinery, automation, or industrial systems domains. We are seeking someone with a track record of strategic thinking, lifecycle management, and operational discipline in fast-paced environments.
