Location: Newburgh, NY (Grand) On Site
Hours- Monday - Thursday 9:45am - 6:30pm (with half hour unpaid lunch) / Friday 1pm - 6pm (no lunch break) 40 hrs.
Rate of pay: $22.00 per hour
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a must

Job Description:
In this role you will:
· -Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center
· -Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
· -Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits
· -Registering new clients for services
· -Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records
Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
