Description Medical Group Practices Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 42138 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Summary: The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.Our office offers a supportive, well-functioning team environment where collaboration and communication are valued. Positions come with hybrid work options after training and some flexible hours, making it easier to balance work and life.
