Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Driver/Warehouse Associate
to join our team. This dual-role position requires safe and timely deliveries using flatbed or box trucks (Non-CDL) as well as supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in handling flatbed deliveries or box truck driving while maintaining accuracy in warehouse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Driving & Deliveries
Safely operate company vehicles (flatbed truck or box truck, Non-CDL) for local deliveries and pick-ups.
Load, secure, transport, and unload materials, equipment, or products in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, fluid levels, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring professionalism and care with each interaction.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and receipts.
Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if necessary).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and stock rotation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating flatbed trucks or box trucks (Non-CDL required).
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical work.
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to be trained).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
