The lounge is open only two nights a week and offers panoramic views of San Francisco alongside a curated cocktails menu. The space is designed for exclusivity—refined service, beautiful presentation, and genuine hospitality are non-negotiable. Job Overview: We are seeking a polished and professional Part-Time Bartender to join our high-level team for service at the 48th floor bar. The ideal candidate has a deep respect for the craft of bartending and thrives in elegant, guest-forward settings. This is an opportunity to be part of something unique and highly curated—ideal for someone with fine-dining or luxury hotel lounge experience looking for supplemental work in a deeply rewarding atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Execute a concise and refined cocktail menu with precision and consistency

Present and pour premium wines and Champagnes with confidence and care

Engage with guests in a sophisticated, welcoming manner—balancing attentiveness with subtlety

Maintain a spotless, organized bar and backbar; uphold DOH and internal cleanliness standards

Set up and break down service efficiently, with attention to detail and presentation

Collaborate with the beverage director and management to refine offerings and service flow

Qualifications: 2+ years bartending experience in a fine-dining restaurant, luxury lounge, or boutique hotel setting

Strong cocktail technique and a refined sense of balance, service pacing, and guest interaction

Wine and Champagne knowledge required

Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and maturity

Excellent communication, time management, and mise en place discipline
