Providing excellent customer service. Owning outcomes by taking personal accountability for results. Being a full-stack engineer with knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies. Being self-directed, proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented. Paying keen attention to detail and solving hard problems. Learning large software systems quickly. Learning and adopting new technologies. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills in JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, some Java, and API integration. Experience with cloud or DevOps tools. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 5-7 years of experience in building, debugging, testing, and supporting complex web applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Java. Experience with test-first development and quality assurance. Strong engineering problem-solving skills. Passion for technology and staying updated with industry trends. Self-starter, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo. Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Jira, Stash. Strong communication skills and experience in Agile environments. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, CSS, HTML, and browser developer tools. Knowledge of unit testing, mocking frameworks, and iterative development. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security testing. Knowledge of microarchitectures and REST APIs. Strong database design fundamentals.
