Position * *** * ****** Kane County, IL * ****** Monday–Friday, School Hours * ****** August 2025 – June 2026 * ****** Elementary-aged students (specific caseloads vary by school) ****** * Provide individualized instruction aligned with students IEP goals * Develop and implement compliant, data-informed IEPs * Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment * Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families * Track and communicate student progress * Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions ****** * Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) * LBS1 Endorsement * Experience developing and implementing IEPs * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Prior experience with elementary students preferred
