Cloud Security Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Analyst with 58 years of information security experience, specializing in securing cloud environments. This role will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and improving security posture across cloud platforms using tools such as Lacework or CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in cloud-native security principles, threat detection, and incident response within AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor cloud environments for security events, misconfigurations, and compliance risks using Lacework, CrowdStrike, or equivalent cloud security platforms Analyze security alerts and support incident response activities for cloud-related threats Perform security assessments of cloud infrastructure, applications, and services Work with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to implement security controls, hardening standards, and best practices Manage cloud security policies, integrations, and automation of security workflows Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) efforts by ensuring cloud environments meet regulatory and contractual requirements Provide guidance on cloud security architecture, configuration management, and cloud-native security tooling Participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning Assist in developing and maintaining cloud security standards and procedures Required Qualifications: 58 years of experience in information security with a focus on cloud environments Hands-on experience with Lacework, CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security, or similar cloud security monitoring platforms In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP security services and architectures Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK Cloud Matrix) Experience with security event analysis, incident response, and threat hunting in cloud environments Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ralliant Corporation Overview Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
