$75,000 The dealership Audi Millburn is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher to join our fast-growing, award-winning, and collaborative service team. If you are a results-driven, ambitious self-starter with prior automotive shop experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with us! Who are we looking for? Previous experience as a Technician, Service Advisor or Dispatcher CDK experience Ability to communicate with techs, advisors, managers Team player Process-oriented Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment What will you be doing? The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs. Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy Assign work to the correct technician level Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at end of shift Maintain a record of carryover vehicles Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc. What do we offer? $75,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
