2nd Shift Warehouse Worker
A distribution company specializing in automotive parts is seeking a long-term shipping clerk/warehouse worker for the 2nd shift. The role involves receiving, restocking inventory, dispatching, and handling overstock. You will work from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities
Receive and restock inventory accurately and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks safely. Break down boxes and package items for shipment. Utilize order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders. Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed. Package items for shipment. Pick orders using stairs to reach materials for the automotive industry, with rolling stairs ranging from 7 to 15 steps. Essential Skills
Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks. Experience in order picking, packing, and packaging. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable using rolling safety ladders. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat. Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
