Senior Systems Integrator
We're looking for a Senior Systems Integrator to play a critical leadership role in supporting the government's mission to ensure the integrity and performance of complex, large-scale systems across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and federal agencies. In this role, you'll lead the integration of systems-of-systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environmentsensuring they function as a unified, secure, and reliable enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support systems integration efforts across the NSG, ASG, and other federal organizations to enable the timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT. Provide oversight of the end-to-end system landscape, with a strong understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures. Assist in planning and implementing technical solutions, using standardized processes and tools to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and integrity. Oversee the preparation of engineering plans and technical site installation designs, ensuring alignment with mission requirements. Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level system integrators, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Support the documentation and maintenance of integrated systems to ensure long-term operational stability and scalability. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field OR 4 additional years of relevant experience (no degree) OR 2 additional years of relevant experience (with a non-STEM degree)
Experience: 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry Proven work integrating complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Domain Expertise: Experience supporting NGA, NSG, or ASG projects Previous work on Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
Desired:
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or a related STEM field
