As an Accounting Payable Coordinator, you work on a team of AP coordinators to process payable for 600+ clinics. Our ideal candidate will experience processing invoices, general accounting knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be located in our corporate office in White Plains, NY. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Handle incoming mail related to accounts payable daily. This would include sorting and review of the incoming mail, addressing urgent notices and scanning invoices into Concur for processing. Verification of invoices submitted to Concur Coding invoices and submitting for approval Assist with payment runs Reconcile vendors' statements Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Assist with month-end closing Support AP team with any adhoc tasks To excel in this role, you should possess: Associates Degree or equivalent preferred 1-3 years accounts payable experience Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent data entry skills Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Why Choose Ivy?
