About the Role Saxon Aerospace is hiring a
Quality Inspector
to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Moses Lake, WA. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting precision components using CMM and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards.
What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CMM machines; create/run inspection programs. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other tools. Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections; complete AS9102 FAI reports. Maintain lot integrity, accurate records, and compliance with safety and quality procedures. Support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate in a team environment.
What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (Machinist certificate a plus). 5+ years of aerospace/defense inspection experience with CMM programming/operation. Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and AS9102 FAI requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. A&P certification or FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience (preferred).
