Job Description

Manage a large volume of customer calls and emails in a friendly and courteous manner. Communicating with customers through various channels on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues. Receive and process customer orders. Coordinate product returns and customer claims. Monitors orders for adherence to correct pricing, proactively working with sales or customer to correct any issues prior to the order invoicing. Communicating with customers through various channels on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, sales, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment Provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to each inquiry; such inquiries or problems could involve quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of product, special orders, customer pricing and/or shipping, production & billing, etc. Database maintenance and corrections. Keep records of customer interactions. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Prepares and publishes reports for customers and sales personnel as needed. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Passionately focused on continuous improvement. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP and CRM applications; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team. 1 -2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
