As a Lab Technician, you will be part of a leading supplier of magnet wire, working in the magnet wire testing laboratory. You will be responsible for completing quality tests of magnet wire for various specifications, including investigation, design proposals, R&D, improvement, and performance. This role involves testing on QA and experimental runs, action requests, and sample orders. You will assist in preparing magnet wire enamels, thinners, and lubricants, and perform inspections and analyses of raw materials and chemical products to ensure adherence to specifications. Responsibilities

Complete quality tests of magnet wire for quality specifications, investigation, design proposals, R&D, improvement, performance, etc. Conduct testing on QA and experimental runs, action requests, and sample orders. Assist in preparing magnet wire enamels, thinners, and lubricants. Perform inspection and analysis of raw materials and chemical products to ensure adherence to specifications. Perform a range of tests that require high attention to detail. Read, understand, and use detailed instructions; perform testing; enter data; present data; and prepare reports or charts to report test results. Use chemical testing equipment and measuring instruments. Assist technicians, engineers, and management to analyze, solve, and correct problems. Use computer programs, quality systems, and tools as part of the quality management system. Follow all procedures, methods, and guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met. Enter records or write up data for company reports. Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to give and receive information while maintaining positive working relationships. Essential Skills

1+ years of GMP experience 1+ years of experience within quality assurance/quality control lab tech roles 1+ years of experience with basic laboratory techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of computers Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO/QS/TS) High attention to detail, organized, and above-average mechanical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
