We are seeking an Analyst in Sourcing & Supplier Management to support our business needs in sourcing and supply base management. This role involves working under direct supervision to provide insights on market conditions, spend data, industry trends, and supply options. The analyst will assist in the strategic sourcing process alongside Category Managers, execute standard reporting analysis, and gain exposure to supply chain dynamics within a region or category. Responsibilities
Support business with sourcing and supply base needs under direct supervision. Serve as a resource for updates on market conditions, spend data, industry trends, and supply options. Communicate observations on market conditions, industry trends, product development, benchmarking, and supplier options to leadership. Support the strategic sourcing process with Category Managers by analyzing spend, defining requirements, developing strategies, authoring RFx's, and negotiating contracts. Execute standard process reporting analysis as requested. Gain exposure to supply chain dynamics within a region or category, demonstrating knowledge of cost reduction and supplier performance. Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to learn internal systems. Demonstrates knowledge of basic supply chain principles, including spend management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Experience in coordinating components of larger projects and process improvement efforts. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate experience with Coupa and Oracle preferred. Experience navigating the organization to find internal resources and tools. Demonstrated initiative in building relationships with colleagues from multiple areas. Results-oriented with strong follow-through skills. Work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, high-volume environments. Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days remote. The office is described as an incredible space providing an inspiring work atmosphere. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
