Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Engineer

Impact you'll make: Contribute to the design and development of products, solutions and systems for the Heavy Duty Gas Turbine technology space. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. A key element of this role is building and sustaining partnerships with the adjacent design engineering teams and the supply chain while innovating new solutions for advancing the technology related to gas turbines and accompanying systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree from an accredited university or college. Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to work onsite in Greenville, SC (occasional hybrid exception possible). Desired Characteristics: Basic understanding of solid modeling software and model based definition packages. Strong oral and written communication skills. Horizontal partnering relationship building skills. Demonstrated experience with model based enterprise & application of PMI to 3D models. Detail-oriented focus who can execute on multiple projects in parallel. For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $71,600.00 - $107,400.00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% variable incentive performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
