Warehouse Lead
Shift/Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days/week) Pay Rate: $24-26/hr. Depending on Experience Location: Denver, CO 80238 Experience: 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience. Let us get you started today. PrideStaff is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team in Northeast Denver. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing tile and granite slab. Warehouse Lead Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and organizing tile and slab products. Oversee the process of pulling, packing, and shipping tile and slab orders. Operate forklifts to move and load tile and slab. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Ensure accurate completion of paperwork. Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and customers. Address and resolve any issues that arise during daily operations, such as inventory discrepancies or order fulfillment delays. Forklift Operator Requirements: Previous warehouse leadership experience. Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to communicate and work closely with a partner and the team at large. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Strong attention to safety policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
