Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Associate AEM Engineer

with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headless AEM architecture, SPA integrations, and modern web technologies. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance digital experiences by integrating AEM with frameworks like React and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows using best practices. Deploy and manage AEM on

Adobe Managed Services (AMS)

in a

headless architecture

using Content Services or GraphQL APIs. Implement

AEM SPA Editor

for React-based single-page applications with in-context editing. Build and manage

OSGi bundles , Sling Models, and Servlets for modular backend development. Create and manage

Content Fragments

and

Experience Fragments

for structured content reuse across channels. Integrate AEM with

Next.js

for server-side rendering and optimized content delivery. Work on

search integrations

using tools like Apache Lucene, Elasticsearch, or Adobe Search & Promote. Configure and utilize

Adobe Dynamic Media

for responsive image and video delivery. Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience with

AEM development . Strong understanding of

AEM on AMS

in a headless setup. Experience with

React

and

AEM SPA Editor . Proficiency in

OSGi , Sling Models, and Java-based backend development. Familiarity with

Content Fragments

and

Experience Fragments . Integration experience with

Next.js . Knowledge of

search technologies

like Lucene or Elasticsearch. Experience with

Adobe Dynamic Media . Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEM.
