Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of repairs made and follows up with customers on work performed or scheduled Provide support and training to clinical operators on the correct setup and operation of patient care equipment. Additionally, the OR Material Management Coordinator supports the daily business operations of the operating room by reviewing equipment, implant usage, evaluating par levels, coordinating surgical equipment for upcoming cases, evaluating processes, and managing workflows for cost savings Determine capital request needs for future growth and expansion, as well as keep current equipment up to date Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience in Multi Specialty OR as a Surgical Tech Computer skills, Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of surgical preference cards Materials management software knowledge Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors, CPM, or equivalent ASC experience - 5+ years experience in multi-specialty operating rooms, purchasing and/or management Advanced knowledge of Materials management software knowledge, ie. Lawson, McKesson, Epic Advanced knowledge of Excel and Database program Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
