TAC Technician:
Basic Employee Responsibilities
Every Q2 ALS s employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
Leading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures. Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment. Being responsible - on time for work and taking breaks during designated times. Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a manager or request for assistance as needed. Position Specific Responsibilities
Pick up & delivery of tubing anchors and well-site equipment Load/Unload field trucks and/or 3rd party trucks Stock receiving Manual lifting Use of forklift Spotter/helper for trucking companies Clean & inspect tubing anchor & oilfield equipment Use of solvents Use of supplied API approved tools Use of mechanical part washers Assemble & re-assemble tubing anchors & oilfield equipment General Administrative Duties Stock orders Computer Use Answering of phones General Shop Duties Washing floors General housekeeping of office space & shop Cleaning of bathrooms Removal of garbage Required Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a grade 12 education. Oil & Gas experience considered an asset Technical aptitude Valid Driver's License & Clean abstract Should be proficient in Microsoft programs, (word, excel, and Power point) Physical Demands
Travel- tubing anchor delivery/pick-ups Standing for up to 8 hours Shop Environment Periodic heavy lifting up to 50lbs
