Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Systems Analyst

to support and optimize global manufacturing systems for our LED manufacturing operations. This hybrid role, based in our Farmingdale, NJ office, plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing ERP and manufacturing systems across our global facilities in the US, Mexico, the UK, and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infor XA, Powerlink, and NetLink.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support for Infor XA, including Powerlink and NetLink interfaces. Collaborate with global operations teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues across multiple time zones. Develop, modify, and maintain custom applications using RPGLE on the IBM iSeries platform. Write complex SQL queries and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making. Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment of patches and enhancements. Gather and document business requirements to implement process improvements and system configurations. Support integration efforts between Infor XA and third-party systems used in manufacturing and logistics. Ensure system reliability and data integrity across global manufacturing environments. Train end users and provide ongoing support for ERP functionality and best practices. Participate in global IT projects including ERP expansions, data migrations, and automation initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with Infor XA (MAPICS), including Powerlink and NetLink. Proficient in RPGLE programming and SQL query development on the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, workflows, and data management. Experience working in a global environment and supporting remote users. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or integration tools. Familiarity with EDI, barcoding, or inventory control systems. Ability to manage small to mid-sized IT projects independently.
