Join our team as a Production Operator in an automotive manufacturing environment where you will utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components. You will work independently at a bench station, focusing on assembling tubes, placing them into jigs, attaching clamps, and performing quality checks on products. Responsibilities

Assemble tubes and place them into jigs. Attach clamps to assembled components. Perform quality checks on finished products. Utilize hand tools and power tools for manual assembly tasks. Essential Skills

Experience in automotive manufacturing with assembly or production. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to work independently at a bench station. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an Assembly Line Worker, Production Worker, or Machine Operator. Why Work Here?

The work environment is loud yet clean and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and ear plugs, and can choose between wearing shorts or pants. Closed-toed shoes are necessary, although steel-toed shoes are not required. The shift runs from 9PM to 5:30AM, Sunday through Thursday, with initial training on the first shift from 7AM to 3:30PM. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
