The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team! We want every patient to receive the best medical care possible while communicating effectively with their owners every step of the way. FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Commitment to advancing client service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to engage in active problem-solving At least 1-2 years of experience working in a veterinary specialty, emergency, and/or a large high-volume day practice Organized and comfortable with new technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities of a CSR: Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing excellent client care Manage a high call volume and multi-phone line system Process payments, refunds, and cash handling Appropriately record information and maintain medical records Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement, and practice philosophy Benefits & Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and skill level, ranging from $16-17/hr.
