We are seeking a passionate and energetic Beverage Specialist to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who loves coffee, is enthusiastic about beverage innovation, and enjoys crafting high-quality, energizing drinks. As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks, energy-infused refreshments, and other beverages. Your role will also involve creating a welcoming customer experience while becoming an expert in our beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities: Craft and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, energy drink-infused refreshers, and seasonal specialty drinks. Maintain expert-level knowledge of coffee, ingredients, flavor pairings, and brewing techniques. Follow company recipes and standards to ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and presentation. Keep the beverage preparation area clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other drink preparation equipment with care and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve drink quality and operational flow. Monitor inventory of beverage supplies and notify the manager of restocking needs. Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
