A nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced, creative, and collaborative
Interior Designer
to join its Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
senior living , with a passion for creating environments that enhance quality of life and support wellness.
What You'll Do: Lead interior design concepts from programming through installation, with a focus on
senior living , healthcare, or multi-family environments Collaborate with architects, clients, consultants, and vendors to develop cohesive and innovative design solutions Present confidently to clients and stakeholders, contributing to design leadership and decision-making Select and specify materials, finishes, and FF&E aligned with project vision and budget Produce drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using
Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp Oversee procurement and installation phases; manage design through construction Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations What We're Looking For:
NCIDQ Certification (Required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution 8+ years of experience , ideally in senior living, healthcare, education, or multi-family design Strong technical and visual communication skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; experience with
Newforma, Lumion, or Enscape
a plus Excellent organization, time management, and collaboration skills Renovation project experience is a bonus What You'll Get:
