Production Associate
Manufacturing Facility (Vernon, CA) Shift: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $16.50
$17.00/hour A well-established beverage manufacturing facility in Vernon, CA is currently seeking dependable
Production Associates
to support facility operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in long-term, stable work with potential for career advancement. Responsibilities:
Load cardboard materials into compressor machine; secure compressed bundles onto pallets Maintain cleanliness of work areas in compliance with safety standards Sanitize production equipment, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general facility upkeep using approved cleaning products Operate floor scrubber and transport materials as needed (training provided) Remove and dispose of waste and recyclables to designated disposal areas Stock supplies including soap, disinfectants, and paper products Dust, wipe down, and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, glass, and appliances Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Standing for extended periods throughout shift Repetitive motions including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling Comfortable working in warm (8090F), humid, or cold (3040F) environments Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated positions Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Prior experience in manufacturing, janitorial, or sanitation roles preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable with physical tasks in a fast-paced environment Location:
